I’m based near Roath Recreation Ground and offer dog walking services within approximately a 4–5 mile radius. This generally includes Roath, Penylan, Cathays, Heath, Cyncoed and surrounding areas. For group walks, availability depends on where my current clients are located, as I carefully group dogs who live close to one another to ensure efficient routes and minimise time spent travelling. This helps keep walks focused on exercise and enrichment rather than transport time. If you’re unsure whether I cover your area, just get in touch and I’ll happily check availability for you. 🐾

My opening hours are 9am–5pm, which is when I’m available to reply to messages. I do offer some services outside of these hours, but all enquiries will be responded to during opening times You can view my live availability and book your preferred time directly through the online booking calendar on the website. This makes it quick and easy to secure a slot that works best for you. If you have any questions before booking, feel free to get in touch!

Walks & Drop-ins Any changes or cancellations to a confirmed dog walking or drop-in booking must be requested with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 100% of the original booked service fee, regardless of whether the session is shortened or changed. Dog sitting If you need to cancel or change your dog sitting booking, please give at least 1 week notice to avoid charges. 7+ days’ notice – no charge 3-6 days’ notice – 50% charge Less than 3 days’ notice – 100% charge

You can easily cancel or reschedule your booking yourself at any time through 'My bookings' in the menu. Please note that charges may apply if your cancellation falls within our cancellation policy.
