I’m Sophia, a 29-year-old dog lover behind The Happy Tails Club, originally from Pembrokeshire and now calling Cardiff home.

I’ve grown up around dogs and have always had a natural love for them. From a young age, I’ve felt a strong connection and empathy with animals and have always been drawn to caring for them.

​

What started as helping out family with their dogs gradually grew to neighbours and friends, and now I’m lucky enough to do this full-time in Cardiff with The Happy Tails Club.

I’m certified in canine first aid and emergency CPR, so I’m prepared if anything unexpected happens. I’ve also taken courses in dog behaviour, which help me understand each dog’s personality, body language, and needs, making sure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable in my care. I’m also fully insured and DBS checked, so you can feel confident your dog is in great hands.
