Drop-in Visit - 30 Minutes

BOOKING POLICY

1. Service Agreement The client agrees to provide keys or arrange for keys to be available for access to their home. If keys are not provided or The Happy Tails Club is unable to access the home, the full service fee will apply. 2. Weather Policy The safety of pets is our top priority. The Happy Tails Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule walks if the weather is too hot or otherwise unsafe for the dog. Clients will not be charged in these circumstances. 3. Cancellation Policy Any changes or cancellations to a confirmed dog walking or drop-in booking must be requested with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 100% of the original booked service fee, regardless of whether the session is shortened or changed. 4. Use of Content All photos and videos taken by The Happy Tails Club of pets in our care remain the property of The Happy Tails Club and may be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. By using our services, clients consent to the use of such content in accordance with this policy. 5. Payment Terms​ All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Where an invoice has been issued, payment must be made in full by the due date stated on the invoice and before the service takes place. The Happy Tails Club reserves the right to cancel or withhold services if payment has not been received by the invoice due date.
