Service Description
At The Happy Tails Club, we understand that entrusting your dog’s care to someone new is a big decision. Our Meet & Greet service is designed to help build trust and ensure both you and your dog feel completely comfortable before any walk or a drop-in visit. Meet & greets typically take place in your home, allowing me to meet your dog in their own familiar environment. This also gives me the opportunity to see where everything is kept, such as leads, harnesses, coats, food, and treats, and to learn about your dog’s routine. You’ll have plenty of time to ask any questions, share important information, and let me know about any special instructions or habits. By the end of the Meet & Greet, you can feel confident knowing your dog is in safe, capable hands, and your dog will feel relaxed, secure, and ready for their time with me!
BOOKING POLICY
1. Service Agreement The client agrees to provide keys or arrange for keys to be available for access to their home. If keys are not provided or The Happy Tails Club is unable to access the home, the full service fee will apply. 2. Weather Policy The safety of pets is our top priority. The Happy Tails Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule walks if the weather is too hot or otherwise unsafe for the dog. Clients will not be charged in these circumstances. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and are non-refundable. For recurring bookings, regular slots are reserved time and require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice to cancel or amend ongoing bookings. If less than 2 weeks’ notice is given, the remaining sessions within that notice period will still be charged and are non-refundable. 4. Use of Content All photos and videos taken by The Happy Tails Club of pets in our care remain the property of The Happy Tails Club and may be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. By using our services, clients consent to the use of such content in accordance with this policy. 5. Payment Payment is required at the time of booking. Recurring bookings are billed monthly in advance, with payment due by the 25th of the preceding month to secure regular slots.
