Heading away for the night? Let your pets enjoy a cosy sleepover in the comfort of their own home with someone they already know and trust! Offering calm overnight stays in your home, keeping your pets routine as normal and stress-free as possible while you’re away. If your pet takes some time to warm up to strangers, you're welcome to book in extra walks or visits before the pet sitting takes place. What’s included: Comforting care overnight Plenty of company, cuddles and playtime Up to 4 hours (absolute maximum) alone time per day A fun 1-hour walk each day for your dogs Feeding, fresh water, and all the usual care *Arrival time may vary depending on current bookings* Notes: I’m unable to accommodate very nervous/reactive dogs at this time. Your pet must also be comfortable being left alone for short periods. Must have parking available nearby. ADD ONS -Extra pets: £5 extra per night -Wedding Photo Chaperone Collection, transport to venue, safe handling during wedding photos, and return home up to 30mins: £15 Extra travel charge may apply depending on location.
BOOKING POLICY
1. Service Agreement The client agrees to provide keys or arrange for keys to be available for access to their home. If keys are not provided or The Happy Tails Club is unable to access the home, the full service fee will apply. 2. Weather Policy The safety of pets is our top priority. The Happy Tails Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule walks if the weather is too hot or otherwise unsafe for the dog. Clients will not be charged in these circumstances. 3. Use of Content All photos and videos taken by The Happy Tails Club of pets in our care remain the property of The Happy Tails Club and may be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. By using our services, clients consent to the use of such content in accordance with this policy. 4. Booking & Cancellation Information If you need to cancel or change your pet sitting booking, please give at least 1 week notice to avoid charges. 7+ days’ notice – no charge 3-6 days’ notice – 50% charge Less than 3 days’ notice – 100% charge 5. Payment To secure bookings made more than 2 weeks in advance, a 20% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due 1 week before the service. Bookings within 2 weeks must be paid in full at the time of booking.
