Service Description
Do you need someone to keep your pets company while you're out? We’ve got it covered! Our daytime/evening sitting service is perfect for keeping your furry pals happy, relaxed, and well cared for in the comfort of their own home while you’re away. What’s included: Up to 7 hours of care and companionship in your own home A 1-hour or 30-min walk if needed Fresh water, feeding, and general care Unlimited attention, playtime, and cuddles (whatever they're comfortable with) Regular photo/video WhatsApp updates Extra Dogs: £5 extra per pet Availability: Daytime: Monday–Saturday 9am – 5pm Evening: Monday–Saturday 4pm – 11pm Notes: - Specific times can be requested, subject to availability. - Your pets should be comfortable being left alone for a couple of hours if needed. - I’m currently unable to accommodate very nervous/reactive dogs - Must have parking available nearby
BOOKING POLICY
1. Service Agreement The client agrees to provide keys or arrange for keys to be available for access to their home. If keys are not provided or The Happy Tails Club is unable to access the home, the full service fee will apply. 2. Weather Policy The safety of pets is our top priority. The Happy Tails Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule walks if the weather is too hot or otherwise unsafe for the dog. Clients will not be charged in these circumstances. 3. Use of Content All photos and videos taken by The Happy Tails Club of pets in our care remain the property of The Happy Tails Club and may be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. By using our services, clients consent to the use of such content in accordance with this policy. 4. Booking & Cancellation Information If you need to cancel or change your pet sitting booking, please give at least 1 week notice to avoid charges. 7+ days’ notice – no charge 3-6 days’ notice – 50% charge Less than 3 days’ notice – 100% charge 5. Payment To secure bookings made more than 2 weeks in advance, a 20% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due 1 week before the service. Bookings within 2 weeks must be paid in full at the time of booking.
