Service Description
Got a nervous, reactive, or easily overwhelmed dog? We’ve got you. Our secure dog field service gives your dog the freedom to run, sniff, zoom, and decompress all to themselves, no other dogs, no strangers, no stress. We handle everything from pick-up to drop-off, so you can relax knowing your dog is in safe hands. Once there, your pup can enjoy a worry-free run in the fully enclosed field, with plenty of space to be a dog at their own pace. Fresh water is always provided, and before heading home we’ll wipe down any muddy paws. Your dog will receive the full allotted field time (typically 50–60 minutes, depending on the field), so there’s no rushing, just calm, quality time to decompress and have fun. We’ll choose the field closest to you to keep travel time to a minimum. BOOKING POLICY
1. Service Agreement The client agrees to provide keys or arrange for keys to be available for access to their home. If keys are not provided or The Happy Tails Club is unable to access the home, the full service fee will apply. 2. Weather Policy The safety of pets is our top priority. The Happy Tails Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule walks if the weather is too hot or otherwise unsafe for the dog. Clients will not be charged in these circumstances. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling for Recurring Bookings Recurring bookings are billed every two weeks and reserve regular weekly time slots for your dog. If you wish to cancel your recurring booking entirely, please do so before the next billing date. Once cancelled, the plan will not renew, but any walks already scheduled within the current paid period will still take place. If a scheduled walk within an active billing period cannot be attended: Provide at least 48 hours’ notice: no charge Cancellations between 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% charge Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% charge 4. Group Walks Group walks are offered on a recurring booking basis only. One-off or ad hoc group walks are not available, as consistency is essential for maintaining safe and balanced group dynamics. Group walks require a minimum commitment of 4 consecutive weeks. 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling for Ad Hoc Booked Services Any changes or cancellations to a confirmed ad hoc booking must be requested with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made between 24 and 48 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the original booked service fee. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 100% of the original booked service fee, regardless of whether the session is shortened or changed. 6. Use of Content All photos and videos taken by The Happy Tails Club of pets in our care remain the property of The Happy Tails Club and may be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. By using our services, clients consent to the use of such content in accordance with this policy. 7. Payment Terms All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Where an invoice has been issued, payment must be made in full by the due date stated on the invoice and before the service takes place. The Happy Tails Club reserves the right to cancel or withhold services if payment has not been received by the invoice due date.
