Service Description
Join our small group walks for an hour of fresh air, exercise, and friendship - the perfect adventure for sociable dogs to enjoy the outdoors together! Groups are kept to a small pack of up to 4 dogs, so every pup feels safe, confident, and happy. I carefully match each group by temperament and energy, making sure every dog enjoys their time outside! What’s included: Pick-up & drop-off Full 1-hour walk - travel time is never taken out! Fresh water & treats Wipe down after muddy adventures Photo updates over WhatsApp so you can see all the fun! Onboarding Timeline for Group Walks: 1. Meet & Greet – I meet your dog, review their behaviour, needs, and introduce them to me 2. Solo Walks – to build trust, establish recall, and assess temperament & energy 3. Gradual Introductions – short paired walks with other dogs to ensure comfort and sociability 4. Full Group Walks – Once ready, your dog joins a small group for regular adventures! Notes: How long this process takes depends on your dog’s confidence, social skills, and recall response. Dogs without good recall are welcome, they can be kept on-lead during the group walk if required. I’m unable to accommodate nervous/reactive dogs, or strong lead pullers (if kept on-lead). Booking info: When booking, please select “1 participant”. Extra dogs can be added later.
BOOKING POLICY
Cancellations If a scheduled walk cannot be attended: * 48 hours’+ notice: no charge * 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% charge * Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% charge Weather Policy The safety of pets is our top priority. The Happy Tails Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule walks if the weather is too hot or otherwise unsafe for the dog. Clients will not be charged in these circumstances. Eligibility & Requirements All dogs must be friendly, sociable, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and wear a secure collar or harness with ID. Dogs off-lead must have a signed consent form, and off-lead time is at the walker’s discretion based on conditions and group suitability. Use of Content All photos and videos taken by The Happy Tails Club of pets in our care remain the property of The Happy Tails Club and may be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.
